Homemade Cold Remedy

September 17, 2014 0 Comments

As the seasons begin to change and fall approaches slowly, I always catch a pretty nasty cold. Despite my best efforts (hand sanitizer, wet wipes, and vitamin C!), it’s practically inevitable.

Of course, there are the classics cures, like chicken noodle soup and steam showers, but when a really nasty bug strikes, thinking outside the box is key.

One cheap and easy cure-all is making a steamy mug of homemade ginger tea . It’s free of all artificial preservatives and ingredients and tastes delicious!
